Terms &Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of rlhauling.com and any service you order from Redline Hauling, based in Westerville, Ohio. By visiting the site, requesting a quote, or booking a rental, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with anything below, do not use the site or order service.

Agreement To Terms.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Redline Hauling. They apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone else accessing our services or website. If you order on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with the latest revision date at the top.

Services Overview.

Redline Hauling provides waste hauling services across Franklin County and the Central Ohio region, including:

  • Roll-off dumpster rental in 15-yard and 20-yard sizes for residential and commercial projects.
  • Junk-removal service for job sites, events, and temporary needs.

Service availability depends on location, distance from our Westerville yard, and equipment availability at the time of booking.

Service-Specific Terms.

Roll-Off Dumpster Rental.

The following apply to every roll-off rental:

  • Rental period: standard 7-day term unless a different term is agreed to in writing. Extensions may be arranged for an additional daily fee.
  • Included tonnage: each rental includes a set tonnage allowance. Loads exceeding the allowance incur a per-ton overage fee, billed to the card on file after the bin is weighed at the landfill.
  • Placement: the customer is responsible for choosing a placement spot that meets our minimum clearance requirements and supports the weight of a loaded dumpster.
  • Permits: if the dumpster is placed on a public street, sidewalk, or right-of-way, the customer is responsible for securing any required permits.
  • Load by hand only: dumpsters must be loaded by hand. Loading with heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, etc.) is prohibited and any damage caused by equipment is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Even loading: contents must not extend above the top rail of the dumpster. Overfilled or unsafe loads may not be hauled until the overflow is removed by the customer.
  • Prohibited materials: see the list below. Restricted items found in the bin must be removed by the customer before pickup, or additional fees apply.

Prohibited items include: concrete, dirt, bricks, hazardous chemicals, batteries, tires, paints, fuels, asbestos, medical waste, and any item designated as hazardous waste by federal, state, or local regulation.

Junk Removal Service.

The following apply to every load-and-go junk removal job:

  • Scope of work: quoted based on volume, item type, and access. Final pricing may adjust if on-site volume materially exceeds the original description.
  • Access: the customer must provide reasonable access to the items being removed. Items behind locked spaces or requiring disassembly may incur additional fees.
  • Excluded materials: hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, and other restricted materials cannot be hauled and must be removed by the customer before our arrival.
  • Damage: we use reasonable care during removal. Pre-existing damage to floors, walls, doors, or fixtures is not our responsibility.

Pricing & Payment.

Pricing is presented at the time of booking and is based on size, rental term, drop location, and included tonnage. Quotes are valid for the rental terms shown and may be adjusted if the scope of the job changes.

  • Payment is due on or before delivery. No rental is dispatched until payment is processed.
  • Accepted payment methods are listed at the time of booking and include major credit cards.
  • Overage charges (tonnage, extra rental days, prohibited items, damage, swap-outs) are billed to the card on file after they are incurred.
  • If the bin cannot be hauled because of prohibited contents, weight, or access issues caused by the customer, additional trip charges apply.

Cancellation Policy.

To avoid cancellation fees, please contact the office at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery, or after the truck is dispatched, may incur a service fee to cover labor and dispatch costs.

Liability & Indemnification.

The customer is responsible for:

  • Choosing a safe and appropriate placement location for the equipment.
  • Any damage to driveways, lawns, sidewalks, sprinkler systems, septic lines, or other property caused by placement at the customer’s directed location. We use boards under the rails to protect the surface, but ultimately the customer accepts placement risk.
  • Damage to the dumpster or other rented equipment caused by misuse, equipment loading, prohibited contents, or negligence.
  • Compliance with local laws, HOA rules, and permit requirements.

The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Redline Hauling, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the customer’s use of our services or from materials placed in our equipment.

Limitation Of Liability.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Redline Hauling’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use.

Website Use.

The rlhauling.com website, including its content, design, photography, and code, is the property of Redline Hauling and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and use the site for personal or business purposes related to ordering our services.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, reverse-engineer, or use the site or its content for any unauthorized commercial purpose without our written permission.

Third-Party Links.

Our site may include links to third-party websites or services (booking platforms, payment processors, maps, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. Reviewing their terms and privacy policies is your responsibility.

Dispute Resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Before filing any legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by good-faith negotiation, in writing, for at least 30 days.

Force Majeure.

Redline Hauling is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, accidents, equipment breakdown, labor disputes, government actions, utility failures, or landfill closures.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or removed if modification is not possible.
